  6. How Do I Change my eMail Address?

    7. You CAN'T.

    1. If you were reckless when you completed the on line sign up process, start over and do it again. However, you will LOSE ALL accumulated points.
    2. Gaining weight, divorce, tattoos and one-night-stands, losing your job or any other reason that may cause you to change your eMail address is your fault and your sole responsibility.

    Old Havana, Old Havana Cigar, Old Havana Mug Club, Its owners, its employees, and its representatives whether implied or imagined are held harmless for the shit that may happen to you after becoming or associating with other Mug Club Member's.

  10. Do I need a Havana Club Card for each of your locations?

    11. NO, you do NOT need another Havana Card. Your single Havana Club Card is good at ALL LOCATIONS.

  11. I don’t receive eMail communications?

    12. If you’re not receiving eMail try the following:

    1. Check your ‘Junk’ eMail Folder
    2. Check your ‘Deleted’ eMail Folder
    3. Check your SPAM filters within your eMail client.

    Also Verify that your eMail Address it Correct:

    14. ALL Awards and Earned Discounts are redeeemed using SMS. However, If you wish to STOP Receiving Discounts and Awards you earn. Simply do ONE of the following::

  14. What if I forgot my Havana Club Card?

    15. Being a Havana Club Member is a Privilege. With Privileges comes responsibility, your responsibility as a member is to carry your Havana Club Card with you at ALL TIMES.

    1. For your reckless behavior as you clearly cannot be responsible, you are hereby demoted to Member-in-Training until such time as the Havana Club Emperor sees fit to re-establish your full membership.

    2. Your punishment continues, as you are RESPONSIBLE for printing your own damn replacement card!

    3. Click – Print Replacement Member Card

  15. What should I do if my Havana Club card is lost or stolen?

    16. If your card was lost or more likely stolen, it had to happen when you were NOT at Old Havana. Havana Club envy is a common problem and Caution must be taken whenever a member is in public. If you are to meet another Havana Club member while you are out, a simple head nod is the common greeting as not to cause attention while in crowded spaces.

    If you were flashing or showing off your card, talking about the great benefits of being an Old Havana Club Member or were otherwise reckless don’t worry, our Havana Club Emperor understands your excitement and you are forgiven.

    However, your punishment is that you will need to print your own damn replacement card.

  16. Can I get a Replacement Havana Club Card?

    17. As an Old Havana Club member who has always been responsible and who has neither lost nor misplaced your card. The Havana Club Emperor understands that your card can become dull, or frayed from constant use; therefore YES you can replace your Havana Club Members Card.

    YES you can replace your card by doing the following:

  17. When does the Mug Club Expire?

    1. The Mug Club Card lives in perpetuity. Or until the Havan Club Emperor Decides its time to end.
    2. Keeping in mind that being a Mug Club Member is a Privilege not a right, the Havan Club Emperor Decisions are FINAL.
    3. The Old Havana Mug Club Card, neither the account nor its benefits can be passed, willed, sold, or included in annulments, divorces or separation settlements.

    19. The Mug Club Award Period is THREE YEARS from your Sign Up Date. At the Time of your Anniversary ALL Points will be Lost and your Mug Club Award Period starts OVER.

  20. What is the Old Havana Humidor Club?

    21. The Humidor Club is about Fellowship, the Love for Cigars and getting to know like-minded Cigar lovers.

    As a Humidor Club member, you are challenged to expand your love of Cigars, knowledge and your pallet all while earning points that can be used for stuff you purchase at Old Havana.

    Meetings are held daily at each of our locations. It is encouraged that you, at a minimum, attend the Daily Noon-2:00pm meeting.

    A quorum is in effect when at least 4 Havana Club Members in good standing are present. A quorum must be in effect in order for any request to be presented to the Emperor.

  28. How will I receive the Rewards I have Earned?

    29. Once you reach each of the reward point level(s), rewards are automatically sent to the cell phone number you have listed on your Havana Club Account.

    1. Rewards can ONLY be redeemed by providing a working valid cell phone number.
    2. We will make 3 attempts in 3 weeks to SMS the qualifying reward to the listed cell phone number. If you have NOT updated your account to receive SMS messages then the reward will be forever lost.

    To update and verify your account information, click TOOLS from the menu above.
