Made solely from Nicaraguan tobacco, the cigar is produced in Nicaragua by A.J. Fernandez for Rafael Nodal, who is one of the owners of the brand. Nodal also serves as head of product capability for Altadis U.S.A., the tobacco giant that distributes Aging Room and makes a large portfolio of brands, most notably the non-Cuban versions of Montecristo, Romeo y Julieta and H. Upmann
