Birra is a light, sessionable farmhouse ale. It is crisp with notes of black pepper and orange and goes perfectly with food.

Birra Farmhouse Ale has a Good balance of sweet citrus character. Very prominent lemon, light malt character and a hint of bittering hops that work well with the yeast. White pepper, some notes of coriander and banana and pear esters. High carbonation gives a little acidity in the dry finish.
