This IPA has just what you need to get you ready for spring. It is brewed with with CITRUSY hops: Columbus, Amarillo, Pilgrim, LEMON and ORANGE peel. Then dry-hopped with more Amarillo for added HOPPY citrus punch. The aroma is sweet yet the taste is dry with a great ROBUST IPA finish.

CITRUS IPA

Our flagship IPA that packs a citrus punch! We brew this with with CITRUSY hops: Columbus, Amarillo, and Citra both in the boil and whirlpool to maximize their flavor.  We then dry-hopped with more Amarillo and Citra for added HOPPY aroma. The result is a flavorful yet balanced beer with all the flavors of LEMON, ORANGE, and GRAPEFRUIT from our friend: the hop plant.

Parings include - Pan-roasted Trout, mussels, artichokes, gruyere cheese, and baseball
