New Belgium Dig Pale Ale has a thick, creamy, white head and a clear, bubbly, amber appearance, with nice lacing left behind. The aroma is of citrus, hop oil, sugar, and white bread. Taste is of those, with some pleasant and mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is watery and slick, and New Belgium Dig finishes semidry, refreshing, and quite drinkable. Overall, this one is very nice, and I score it fairly high.
