Reminiscent of damp red soil it opens the senses and awakens the appetite, it almost makes you want to chew it. A great aperitif or quintessence of a great cocktail.

• Aroma: Minerality carries through all the way with notes of white pepper.

• Finish: There's an underlying Butterscotch note and almost oily texture.
