Fearrington Spring greets you with a wide bouquet of fruit, earth, and funk. These aromas are further teased out on the palate as layers of nutty buckwheat and rustic rye are tempered by subdued spice and a mild twang. These flavors linger but the body is dry, which aids a refreshing character that begs for another sip.

We are excited to launch the newest beer in the Fearrington-Fullsteam Seasonal series: The Heritage Grain Farmhouse Ale. It is a rustic and lively farmhouse ale made with “Wrenz Abruzzi” rye and toasted buckwheat. It is fermented with Wallonian Yeast, a yeast that originates from the Walloon region of Belgium and is the traditional “funky” yeast that adds complexity to the greatest beers of this style.
