Pours huge, with a thick tan head and black liquid. Lots of nice lacing.

Aroma is malty and a bit hoppy with notes of dark chocolate, pine, grapefruit, licorice, coffee, dark fruits and lots of alcohol. Smells good.

Taste is chocolaty with light sweetness and medium bitterness. Quite a lot of roasted notes and some vanilla. Good stuff.

Drinks as big as any imperial stout.
