Yellow and hazy with a moderate white head. Theres a strong initial evacuation of bubbles then it settles down nicely.
Lemony and tart, fresh cut grass.A firm tartness that hits hard and fades gradually. Nice wheat flavors as well. Smooth and refreshing.Between the carbonation releasing and the sour bite, it hits your tongue like a tiny bolt of lightening. Very invigorating.
I havent had a traditional Gose so I dont have any basis for judging their interpretation but I like this beer.
