Our take on a traditional German Hefeweizen. We add a healthy dose of our own house-blended lime-aid to the fermenters. This gives the beer a bright, summery, intensely refreshing character. The base beer uses a yeast strain that provides subtle banana and clove notes. The wheat provides a very crack-ery, dry backbone that compliments the beers fruitiness.
