Wow! This Amber Ale is the best Ive had! Ive tried a few amber ales but none with enough hops to balance the maltiness out. This great beer pours a beautiful, slightly hazy rich copper color with a tan fluffy to creamy head that sticks around till the fat lady sings. GREAT lacing. The head gives off an aroma of great citrusy Amarillo hops, (which I love). Also nice caramel / toffee malt aroma.The flavor is hoppy and malty. Much resin and pine flavor. A little earthy too. And oh so smooth on my palate. With a nice lingering bitterness. Wow! This is so goood. Thank you Green Flash Brew for this hoppy amber brew. The Lord bless the hop harvest!
