Thick foamy and frothy the head set proudly atop a rich coppery color.The aromas are set nicely, albeit a tad lightly. Malt and hops with touches of pine, rose, and tea leaves.Amongst the more well balanced versions of the IPA varieties, this is not hop forward. Instead the mixture of rich grainy malt blends with piney floral hops and are balanced so that neither overshadows the other. Great taste and easy feel make this a triumph for Anderson Valley.
