This is an IPA inspired by gin.  It is brewed with CITRUSY Amarillo and Cascade hops plus juniper berries, then ‘dry-hopped’ with JUNIPER and ROSEMARY. By using this combination of hops and juniper, we are able to get a beer with similar flavors to a more citrusy GIN.


Parings include -Braised short ribs, herb chicken, roasted brussels sprouts, sharp cheeses, fire pits and roasted marshmallows
