Beautiful, the color of liquid brown sugar with a thin cappuccino like head. This beer smells great, brown sugar, dry tea, fruity, awesome.I homebrew and use dark brown sugar alot, lends an earthy molasses sweetness that stands out in this brew. Light phenol, figs/raisin, warming alcohol with fruity, piney hops.Typical blvd beer mouthfeel, lots of fine co2, slighty thin to medium body.A go to holiday staple for me, whats awsome is there is no cinnamon and spice here all the flavors come from the malt, brown sugar and hops. Great at room temp.
