After the boil it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. Finally it undergoes a cool open fermentation using a traditional lager yeast. It is cellared for several months prior to release.




Short DescriptionBrewed to the style of a modern Oktoberfest, it pours a light amber in color with nice fluffy white head. It is hopped in our copper bottom kettle using German Tettnang & Spalt Select hops to balance out the malt character.
