Bottle poured into glass gives a moderate sized fizzy, eggshell colored head that becomes more creamy looking as it settles. Head has nice retention. Beer is golden straw in color. Leaves minimal lacing. Subdued aroma consists of mostly bread, with some floral hops, pale malts, and orange.
Caramel malts are more noticable in the taste. There is some citrus, a good amount of floral, but the overwhelmin flavor is a stale biscuity flavor. Medium/light body with heavy carbonation. Very crisp taste and finish with a touch of creaminess. Overall not a knockyoursocksoff pale ale, but very drinkable and tasty, with a crisp finish.
