RED BRICK PORTER, a long time customer favorite with a loyal following, fits its namesake perfectly. Rich roasted aromas waft from the khaki colored head of this complex ale, dominated by dark chocolate with a hint of coffee. The color is a deep, dark brown, with ruby and garnet hues peeking through when held up to light. Our porter’s silky smooth mouth-feel compliments a malt character that is sweet but not cloying, followed by notes of French roast coffee and lingering bitter cacao to finish. It is best enjoyed around a roaring fire.
