The pour was a crystal clear sparkling yellow with a small (less than 1 finger) white foamy head that reduced at a steady pace, down to a thin wispy film with fair spotty lacing.The aroma was mild of a light grain malt, light floral hops and a mild cobweb yeast with notes of caramel and an adjunct (corn I believe).The taste was lightly bitter with a very mild caramel sweetness early on, and then became a tad bitterer and a bit grainy with a crisp adjunct presence towards the finish. The flavor lasted only a short while after the swallow, with the mild crisp grainy taste fading fast from the taste buds.Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a ticklish carbonation.
