Quest is 5% ABV, has a light apricot nose and finish with plenty of rye spiciness made to inspire your next quest. Influenced by brewing traditions from Belgium and France, this saison is free fermented with Belle Saison yeast on a base of rye & honey malts.

A Belgian-style saison that highlights the whimsy of the style, Quest is the first beer in the Adventure Release series. Effervescent with carbonation, this style is often fruity, spicy, and characterized by open or uncontrolled fermentation–celebrating the warmer seasons when field work and harvest are at their peak.
