Red Sky at Night is a Belgian Saison-inspired golden ale, with wonderful spicy, fruity, herbaceous flavors and aromas.  We’ve incorporated some Slovenian hops, which lend some floral notes to the beer.  We still use the same dynamic strain of Belgian yeast and incorporate light candi sugar, but have further developed the beer’s complex balance, enhancing the finish to provide a crisper, more drinkable brew.  It is a great choice to pair with funky cheese, and Asian-inspired spicy dishes.  It is also a good choice for peppery foods and cured meats.
