Rye Charles

This deep amber colored Rye IPA is made with our own organically grown grains.

The heirloom rye variety that we grew produces notes of citrus in addition to the nutty and spicy character you would expect from rye.

To compliment the subtle graininess of the malt flavors, we chose hops which offer apricot and peach notes to create a balanced IPA inspired by the South.
