Wrapping up American Craft Beer week and just in time for the summer heat, Sour Asylum #7 | Gose starts pouring tonight, May 19th, in our brewery tasting room and hits the local Georgia market next week.
This newest release in our sour asylum series is a refreshing German-style gose brewed with sea salt, coriander and grapefruit peel.

Sour Ales
Inspired by the traditional German method of souring beers, we add a strain of Lactobacillus bacteria to the kettle to sour the wort during the brewing process. Our Sour Asylum Series allows us to experiment with different ingredients to balance the tart flavors in these beers.
