SIERRA NEVADA SUMMERFEST
Crisp, golden, dry and incredibly drinkable, Summerfest has a delicate and complex malt flavor and spicy and floral hop character
It appears a golden yellow. Carbonation is good. Smells a of cereal and barley with a hint of citrus background. The flavor follows the nose with regards to cereal like quality. The finish is slightly sweet with a balanced bitter finish. A nicely balanced lager on the palate and a light body characteristic to lagers. Being the third year Ive had this beer in a row, I feel as though this years batch is a little more bitter than before, but the balance is there, it lacks complexity. A fine lager nonetheless.
