The appearance is mainly pale yellow with a kind of olive oillike color as well. The white fizzy head erupts and fades in short order. Great clarity.
The aroma is rather inviting for a day like today. It is full of barley grain malts and a sort of melonlike ester merging in with the grains. Clean, crisp hops.
Light to medium body with a smooth texture.
The taste starts off with a grainy characteristic, vaguely sweet, and finishes with a low bitterness due to the hop balance noted on the nose I expect. An entirely drinkable and refreshing brew especially for a very hot day like today.
