- Appearance: Amber with reddish hues. Strong legs.
- Nose: Vanilla, cream, seaweed, brine, citrus.
- Palate: Sweet and full. Smokey on the back end. Butterscotch, salt, peat smoke, subtle black pepper, oily and full mouthfeel. Much more balanced than the 10. Nice meeting of sweet and savory. In the finish, there’s lingering salt, smoke, pepper. Very full and long lasting.
