Chardonnay Tormaresca
From Tormaresca winemaking tradition a contemporary and unprecedented wine is born. It is a Chardonnay, which is able to fascinate even the most sophisticated palates. Grapes are harvested at full maturity and immediately moved to the cellar. After soft pressing, the must is cooled and maintained at a temperature of 10 °C for about one whole day in order to obtain a natural decantation. Subsequently, the clarified must is fermented with selected yeasts in thermoconditioned stainless steel tanks, which help to reveal and skim the aromatic herbs.
