- Appearance: Caramel, medium viscosity.
- Nose: Corn, peach, and oatmeal. A little like microwavable oatmeal, warming and delicious.
- Palate: This is a sweet bourbon, with honey, dates, and vanilla on the front of the palate and a nice balanced finish.
