Pours a beautiful copper color. Big off white head and lots of bubbles rushing up. The head doesnt leave and lacing is heavy.Smells malty, a bit fruity and biscuity. Much like an English esb. A tiny bit of berry and really no bits of hops. Starts watery, followed by mild crystal malts and an earthy medicinal hop towards the end. A hint of mild bitterness towards the end. A bread flavor towards the end brings it all together. mouthful is medium light, very easy drinking. Regular carbonation. A pretty good beer, very seasonable.
