Vanilla Java Porter

From downtown Detroit comes this porter brewed with coffee beans and vanilla extract. It's actually fairly subtle in flavor. I expected a smack across the palate from Detroit's downtown Joe Louis fist sculpture. Vanilla doesn't overwhelm. (Too much extract and you can get ultra-sweetness). Vanilla stays in the aroma, with coffee on the finish.
