The aroma is everything you should expect for this style; cloves, bubble gum, banana bread, cotton candy, with a touch of sugary apple tart.The flavor is close to the nose with a hint of juicy lemon on the tail end. We have a light hop presence here, just perfect. The mouthfeel is smooth with moderate carbonation. Overall this is great hefeweizen, and I look forward to drinking this all summer long, and then some.
